Step-By-Step Instructions:

In a medium bowl, stir unflavored gelatin into cold water. Let stand for 3 minutes.

Stir in boiling water and mix until gelatin has fully dissolved.

Stir in Splenda Liquid Water Enhancer.

Fill a 1-cup measuring cup to the top with ice. Fill remainder of the cup with cold water. Add to gelatin mixture and stir until ice is melted.

In a high-powered blender, combine gelatin mixture and Greek yogurt and blend on high for about 1 minute.

Stir in diced strawberries.

Spoon mixture evenly into four large custard cups and chill for 1 hour until set.
