How to Make Quick Italian Meatloaf
We’re giving this classic comfort dish a diabetes-friendly twist by swapping some ingredients for those that lower the fat and increase the fiber and other nutrients.

Step-By-Step Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Coat a large loaf pan generously with cooking spray. In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup and balsamic vinegar.

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and half of the ketchup-balsamic mixture. Set aside the other half. Mix the turkey meatloaf ingredients well.

Spread the mixture evenly into the loaf pan. Top with the remaining ketchup-balsamic mixture.

Bake for 60 minutes or until it reaches 165 degrees F when checked with a thermometer.
